January 25, 2014 – Earthquake Forecast and 2013 Actual: The top graph is a forecast of global earthquakes for the first half of calendar year 2014. The yellow strip marks the months and the green squares are a forecast of quakes greater than or equal to 6.0 magnitude. This forecast is based on historical quakes that occurred for past transiting Jupiter opposite Pluto, Jupiter square Uranus, Uranus square Pluto and Jupiter trine Saturn geocentric aspects. For example, this graph forecasts a 7.7 magnitude quake on April 24, 2014. NOTE: These graphs are presented in a slide show format, otherwise they are aligned horizontally and appear very small.
The second graph reflects the average quantity and 10X Power Rating for global quakes for calendar days. For example, the average number of quakes is very high for the 6th day of any month (red line) and very strong for the 24th of any month (blue line).
The last graph shows the actual number of global quakes, greater than or equal to 6.0 magnitude, by year. There were a total of 5,567 quakes during the period. The years 1995, 2007 and 2010 were very high; with 1982, 1984 and 1989 very low.
Future posts will attempt to project global quakes by location, depth and magnitude. (Credits – the USGS, Excel and Solar Fire Gold v8).
