Picture and Song of the Day – Mather Point Grand Canyon & Heart “Magic Man”

December 2, 2013 Picture and Song of the Day: Here’s what Mather Point (Grand Canyon National Park) looked like yesterday morning with the rare inversion. Rangers wait for years to see it. Word spread like wildfire and most ran to the rim to photograph it. What a fantastic treat for all!

Recorded in Seattle, during the last show of their 2002 Summer Of Love Tour, sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson and company put on one fantastic performance. New members of the group include Scott Olson on guitar (longtime guitarist Howard Leese is no longer with the band), Mike Inez on bass guitar, Ben Smith on drums and Tom Kellock on keyboards.
