July 3, 2013 – Barbault’s Cyclical Index of War and Peace – Growth and Decay: This post is an addendum to Ganeau’s Index of Cyclic Equilibrium discussed yesterday. In summary, Claude Ganeau developed a method of determining periods on the earth that were positive or negative.
Barbault’s Cyclical Index measures the smaller number of the 360* separation of the planet pairs – Jupiter through Pluto. The graph above reflects those measurements. I have included the first two decades of the 21st Century.
Through constructing graphs for earlier periods, Barbault soon became convinced that though a technique could not be expected to mark out every detail of world history, by and large it did show the main trends of global tension, growth and decay.
Thus the pinnacle of growth was reached in 2003. The drop from 2003 to 2010 marked a descent into revolution and change, to include the Arab Spring and other transformative proceedings. World events, overall, gradually improved from 2010 to 2013 as the index rose to 948. Ganeau’s graph peaked in 2013, while Barbault’s peaks in 2014. Regardless, both show a precipitous plunge following these peaks.
Barbault’s graph descends 491 points from 2014 to 2021. Compare this to the drop of 297 from 2003 to 2010, over 65% worse than what we may expect over the next nine years.
Looking at the planetary forces involved, and comparing those to world history through the ages; we may anticipate war and revolution, depression and unemployment, earth changes and dislocation, and social unrest and transformation.
Examining upcoming astro maps and major planetary aspects, clearly the Middle East will be pivotal in future world history. Central to this theme will be Israel and Iran. Through mutual interest, treaty obligations and ideology; the United States, Russia, China, The European Union, and other world powers will be involved.
The world we have today will be nothing like the world in 2021. Details of this transformation will be discussed here at the “Chaos Blog.”
