DOW Jones Average (DJIA) Drops 513 Points, on Heavy Volume, in One Day!

August 4, 2011 – – DOW Drops 513 Points in One Day: Fifteen minutes ago, the DOW Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) closed with a one day plunge of 513 points on heavy volume of 222 million shares; to close at 11,384. That represents a 4.31% drop in one day and wipes out all the gains this year. With the jobs numbers due out tomorrow, wall street and main street are in a panic; as billions worth of value is wiped out in only 7 1/2 hours. This is the biggest sell off since the 2008 financial crisis. Please see my other post today, relative to soaring gold prices, for the many reasons the economy stinks and is going to get worse. Great Depression II is on its way!
