U.S. Volcanoes Current Alert Status as of July 15, 2011

Above, is a USGS U.S. current volcano alert status map, as of July 15, 2011. The only volcano on the third highest level “Alert” (the orange triangle with the eye) is Kilauea on the big island. The next most active U.S. Volcano (including U.S. Territories) is Pagan in the Marianna Islands with an Advisory warning (the yellow triangle with the “A” in the middle).
